Facebook Chief Accounting Officer, Past General Counsel Sell Stock

Not long after every Facebook chief officer save for Co-Founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg cashed in on Facebook stock, Chief Accounting Officer Jas Athwal and recently departed General Counsel Ted Ullyot offloaded some of their shares, according to Securities and Exchange Commission filings reported Thursday.

Athwal disposed of 125 shares, gaining $2,973.75. He now has 173,558 shares remaining.

Ullyot, who left the company earlier this month, sold 34,180 shares, earning $836,056.47. He currently has 498,644 shares of Facebook stock. Ullyot also has 196,000 shares in a trust account.
